I bought this to use with a switch that allows me to stream movies on my computer but watch them on the small tv next to my computer - thus freeing my computer for continued work.

Seems perfect except . I understand that these have and need to be used in a specific direction. It is still not working, but I need to find if these have a direction and to know which is the in /out on this cord. Some cords are marked with an arrow. I've written into custumer services to find out. Thanks
