It was used in normal situation, I had one more device than I had HDMI connections on my new TV, connected two devices to the switch & the pig tail to my TV. Everything worked as advertised, the switch works automatically whenever I "power on" the device.

The product is useless because it does not perform the function that it is meant to perform: Pressing the switch button does not cause the switch to toggle betwen two HDMI sources. Instead, it remains stuck on one of the sources.

Thank you for the quick service.
My TV, also purchased in-store @Walmart, had limited HMDI plugins. The cable is being used to switch back and forth between Roku and BluRay units, I only wish it had a remote to switch the too. The cable works great for what I needed it for.
It appears to be well made, strong and durable. Thank you.

We use the HDMI switch for our overhead projector which has the capabilities of wireless or direct connect. With it being mounted to the ceiling it takes a lot of effort to plug and unplug it. With the auto-select we no longer have to find a ladder to switch it.

I recently purchased a Chromecast so I can show photos from my phone to my television. Since my television only had one HDMI input, I needed this. I had tried a couple of others, more expensive, and they did not work. This one was less money and works just fine. Glad I found it!!

Nothing unique, just 2 HDMI inputs to a TV with 1 HDMI port. I connected both a cable box and a video streaming stick to my TV, but got tired of switching them with only one HDMI port. This switch solved the problem without any glitches. Now I just press a button to switch instantly!

The switch does not function no matter how it is connected. The unit works with just the DVD connected. The DiresTV box connection displays a notice "no signal" check cables.

I cannot recommend this cable because it doesn't work well. It sort of scrambles the picture and somehow pauses the picture (sort of like it doesn't let the electricity go through).

Can't say for sure, but after installation my roku stick always needed to be rebooted after extended downtime (24 hours). Plugging the stick directly into the TV again, the problem went away.

There was no hype. The product was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. I find places like Best Buy is a customer nightmare, especially in the super high prices and lack of section at that store. I will consider your company when I need more cables.
