I found and old set of computer speakers (complete with subwoofer) in my attic and wanted to use them with my two tower speakers in my living room to make a boot leg surround sound system. I used an audio piggyback cable from my tv to my reciever and piggy backed an audio to AUX cable but needed it t be longer so I bought this cable. The system is pieced together and not pretty (Hidden behind couch) but it works great!
