I am actually using these to connect power supplies to some mini led lights,

I am an amateur radio operator. I use these patch cord to extend the speaker output from my mobile radios (which are in the rear) to the front of the radio so it is easier for me to use headphones. They work perfectly. :)

Use this cable for the mic on my Pocketalker personal amplifier to go from my shirt pocket to the flap on my shirt pocket. 3 foot cables were all I could find until I ran across these cables. These are perfect.

As an occupational therapist working in assistive technology, these jacks work great for adapting toys for switch use. I cut off the male plug and wire the extension cable into to toy making is accessible for children with disabilities by plugging an external switch into the female jack.
