Response: We have looked at the tracking of your order - and do agree the 9 days transit time going FIRST CLASS MAIL from Minneapolis to Oregon is about 4 days too long. Unfortunately, FIRST CLASS MAIL is a non-guaranteed transit delivery time.
"I just wanted to mention that on the same day I ordered I also placed an order with a competitor because neither company had all the items I was looking for. They are also located in the midwest, about the same distance from me, and both used USPS first class, but your order took several days longer to arrive. This wasn't really a problem and I know lots of things can affect transit times but I thought you should know."
