"After I placed the order I got and email a few hours later saying my CC was a non US addressed card and that I had to use PayPal or call a number. Next day I get a confirmation email saying the order was processed. very confusing and raised my suspicion that something was odd about your company - maybe a scam. My card is a US issued card as is my address."

Response: I have reviewed your order and have re-checked the weights on this order. You had ORIGINALLY selected the economy UPS SUREPOST delivery method and paid $11.87 for this 5lb package. We shipped your order on 02/16/17 and UPGRADED the shipping method to PRIORITY MAIL to you would receive this order faster from us (tracking shows delivery in 4 business days). Some eCommerce companies offer free shipping, but all they do is pad the shipping costs into the higher product costs. As you can see, you paid $2.22 EACH for these cables, and used a coupon to reduce the order by a further $3.66. We instead make the shipping costs “revenue neutral†– but sometimes with lower cost orders, it gives the impression that shipping was proportionally “a lotâ€. Thanks for your returning order, and hope you come back again!
