Most other retailers tried to force me into purchasing a headphone “extension” cord with a female connector on one end instead of male on both ends. If I had bought one of these extension cords, I still would have needed a short m-m cord to complete the connection and I would have introduced an unnecessary failure point into the connection."

"Used this cable to connect an older VCR player to my new Sony OLED TV. Had to change the color connections to work, but worked when others will not. (The ground connection is in the correct tip location which is essential. Video cable connection can vary- yellow connector). Would be nice if a cable specifically for Sony was made, but doesn't seem to be one available anywhere, even from Sony. Picture quality was as expected"
