"Short Heavier gauge cables are desirable in some situations so nice to have the option. I haven't dissected one yet to verify gauge yet but will."

"Of all of the HDMI splitters I researched, this is the ONLY one that truly splits the signal synchronously to the four ports. Other "4 port" splitters will only split the signal to two ports synchronously, and then additional splitters must be purchased to split the signal four times (that would require three of the other splitters). Research also revealed that ALL other splitters, regardless of brand and place purchased, FAILED within a week to a month, and they only had a 30 day return period, though most people were not receiving refunds (regardless of place of purchase). MyCableMart has a One Year warranty on this item. So far I am extremely happy with the unit. I hope it never fails, but if it does, I have the security of knowing I have a one year warranty and a sense that MyCableMart will stand behind their product."

"This adapter does exactly what it's supposed to do, perfectly. I plug my cell phone headset (with mic) into it, and then I can use it in jacks that are only compatible with standard stereo (no mic). It's clearly very robustly made. The price was fair, ordering was easy, and shipping was prompt."
