Response: We have had a few customers make this comment, and we have had our engineers check the products outer diameter and length - and they are to exact original design specifications. It is possible that the receiving female connector you have in your radio has an improper or damaged connector
"On the FS-23MM-10 item: The 2.5 mm plug does not make a firm seat into the plug of the radio. It seems the 2.5mm plug might be slightly short."
