There was a choice given to ship via UPS or the post office. I specifically chose UPS because I cannot get to the post office during the very limited hours that they are available at the window. You used UPS to deliver the package to the post office instead of to my door. Why would you do that? If I didn't want it delivered to me, I would have requested it shipped to the post office. Defies reason.

RESPONSE: Our SUREPOST delivery service is described on our website as "...picked up by UPS, and the post office (USPS) will then make final delivery of your package...". We have verified your package was shipped and delivered in this manner.
