I was trying to adapt an old analog TV to an analog/digital converter, and this Coax adapter was needed. The operation was a success but the patient died (i.e., a different adaption method was needed.

I used this to plug into the back of my CRT TV, to be able to plug in a Colecovision. The Colecovision uses an RCA cable but needs to plug into the COAX and cable channels. It works fine, all issues that came out of it were because of my Colecovision and TV.
