I use this adapter for on stage monitor mixing between IEM's and P16.. I like the fact that the adapter was nice and tight to insert my own IEM's for a good solid connection.

Generally I use these for audio equipment that uses 1/4" jacks to the 3.5 mm current standard, as in headphones. But also tap off a mixer to split an audio channel or bridge devices, such as guitar effects pedals.
These work great, and when they don't they are an affordable replacement.
