I cut them in half and strip them, and use them with kids to make working speakers. The use the cable to connect to their devices. Note that this means I have to unwrap each cable, remove the twist-tie, and then cut and strip. If there were a way to get them not individually packaged, I would be thrilled. I usually buy several hundred at a time.
