cell phone case was too thick to allow the square up device to make contact with the phone. this little device works great and is small enough that i can carry both devices in a small plastic bag for protection.

I am a therapist and play meditation music from my phone. I no longer need to remove the case now. I had ordered these on a prior occasion but lost them so I was able to find them immediately and there were in my hands in record time. I am very pleased with the quality- this is an all metal product, no plastic.

I used the Port extender to connect to my Square device to my smartphone while in it's protective case, since the jack on the Square device is not long enough to connect properly. This extender did not work with the Square device. -- I purchased 2 of them and tried both. -- I guess I will be returning them.
Other than the extender, my experience with your company was fine.

I used this product on my Ipad with a case. The Square Up reader won't connect when using an Ipad case - the case gets in the way. This little port extender is just what I needed.

Just a simple extender, but, exactly what I needed. My Pelican case does a fine job of protecting my iPhone, but, I couldn't use the Square credit card reader without completely removing the case ( a slow and tedious process) All better now!

Solid build quality, My Square Credit Card Reader would not connect all the way on my Galaxy S6 phone fitted with an Otter Case. Rather than trying to find a different case and waste my money I googled for a Square extension and found one with My Cable Mart. This was exactly what I was looking for. It fits perfectly and does not interfere with the workings of the Square reader. I highly recommend this extension to anyone who needs that extra reach. This is a great product.

The item is exactly what I needed... however, its longevity was not good and therefore, I have to order a second one. The first lasted less than a year of very infrequent use. If this second one does not last any longer I may look for a different manufacturer.

RESPONSE: Unfortunately, this is an item that we only offer a 90 day warranty for due to its repeated use. Our newest revision made some improvements by adding a thin plastic insert sleeve.

Some of the port extenders do not work. The rubber cushion on the female end of the port becomes unsecure after a period of time. I only ordered 5, but 2 actually work as expected.
