This product converts HDMI (Input) into COMPONENT (Output). Input digital HDMI video/audio for output COMPONENT (YPbPr) Video with RCA L/R Audio. Use to connect a newer source device with HDMI to an older television, monitor or projector with COMPONENT Video/Audio. It is a low power device consuming only 5V/1Amp of power (power supply included). Note that resolution is automatically determined and cannot be selected manually. See important technical note above for possible CRT incompatibility.
