While you can REQUEST (without charge) in our shipping notes "No Signature Required", UPS is not obliged to adhere to shipping request notes or suggestions. However, UPS allows us to select a shipping option called "SHIPPER RELEASE".
This
SHIPPER RELEASE option should only be selected if you want, and absolutely request, that UPS leave your package at the destination address. UPS will then leave your package - even if in an UNSECURE area, an apartment, or any otherwise undesirable location.
SHIPPER RELEASE is ONLY a valid option for
USA delivery destinations.
My Cable Mart LLC or UPS will NOT be responsible for theft of packages after delivery or any possible mis-ships of your package. By adding this option to your shopping cart, you hereby WAIVE your rights to any insurance claim for NOT receiving your package providing tracking indicates that the package WAS delivered to your location. My Cable Mart LLC under NO circumstances will re-ship, or refund any package that is reported as not delivered if this option is selected.
