Shipping Help

Our preferred shipping method is USPS (United States Postal Service). 

"USPS Priority Mail" arrives in 2-4 days, and is recommended for smaller orders.  We are also offering NEXT DAY and 2nd Day delivery service by UPS.  Be advised that such service can be pricey - but if you need your order the "next day", select this option.  Saturday pickup or delivery is available for MOST Saturdays.  A special UPS surcharge is imposed.
USPS - USA/Domestic ONLY Sample Rates:
USPS First Class Mail (Air Mail) 2-4 Postal days (Rates starting at $1.35)
 Recommended for most lighter orders less than 13 oz, where cost is more important the delivery time.  Delivery confirmation and limited tracking included.  Service not available for packages OVER 13 oz.
USPS Parcel Post (Ground) 4-7 Postal days (Rates starting at $2.96)
 NOT recommended for most lighter orders less than 2 lbs.  This delivery method is only recommended if you have a larger order that is otherwise uneconomical to ship by USPS Priority Mail.  Delivery confirmation and limited tracking included.  This is a GROUND TRANSPORTATION delivery service offered by the USPS.

RECOMMENDED shipping service for small, light packages delivered all business days plus Saturdays for packages 2lbs or less.  Packages normally delivered in 2-3 days for most customers in major metropolitan areas.  Allow an EXTRA day for customers not serviced or near a major metropolitan area.  95% of our orders use this method for delivery.  Maximum weight: 70 lbs.
 
Express Mail Category Page USPS Express Mail 1-2 day (Rates starting at $13.65)
RECOMMENDED when you must have your package as soon as possible.  USPS however, does not offer a "guarantee" of 2 day delivery for packages picked up at business (such as ours). Allow a further EXTRA day for customers not serviced or near a major metropolitan area.  USPS contracts directly with FEDEX for the air handling of their packages.  Most packages are, however, delivered in 1 or 2 days.  We will NOT accept responsibility, nor offer refunds for packages delivered "late" by the USPS.  If you absolutely need guaranteed delivery service, please select UPS instead.
Tracking Note: We have had a number of minor issues (and complaints) dealing with the USPS tracking system.  All our packages are tracked, and are assigned a unique USPS tracking ID number when your order is packaged.  This tracking number is issues by USPS when shipping labels are printed.  Although USPS has generated this tracking number at the exact time that we print our shipping labels, this number does not become available for our customers until 1, 2, and in extreme cases, 3 days after this date!  We are working with USPS to determine WHY this is the case.  USPS does not offer any where near the detailed tracking status that UPS offers (unfortunately).  We recognize that tracking of a package is important to determine the exact date you will receive your package.

 Guaranteed Delivery by 8:30am or 9:00am  over-night on the next business day to all major US destinations.  "Next Day Saturday" guaranteed by 10:00am for most destinations.  Saturday pickup or delivery, $12.50 extra charge (imposed by UPS)  (Click for Details).
UPS Next Day Air (Overnight)
Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30am, 12:00 noon. Saturday Delivery by 12:00 noon or 1:30pm. where guaranteed weekday delivery is either 10:30am or 12:00 noon, respectively. Some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit. Saturday pickup or delivery, $12.50 extra charge (imposed by UPS)   (Click for Details)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (Overnight)
Guaranteed on-time delivery by 3:00/4:30pm PM.  Next Day Air Saver� offers an affordable delivery option for those important shipments that require next-business-day delivery, but don't have to be there in the morning. UPS 2nd Day Air
Use UPS 2nd Day Air� as an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. UPS 3 Day Select
Use UPS 3 Day Select� as an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the THIRD business day. Saturday pickup or delivery available if selected ($12.50 extra charge imposed by UPS).

USPS - Canada ONLY Available by:
Detail page for Global Priority Mail Box USPS Global Priority Mail 4-6 days, (Rates starting at $6.00)
This is the recommended method for shipments to Canada.  Shipments using this method will be shipped using the USPS's "Priority Mail" system, which normally delivers the package to the Canada Post in 1-2 days.  Once received by Canada Post, it will be shipping using Canada Post's XpressPost delivery service.  Packages are tracked, and proof of delivery is included in this rate.  Net time for Canadian deliveries is between 4-6 days.
 
USPS Global Express Mail 2-3 days, (Rates starting at $16.00)
USPS has partnered with FEDEX to expedite shipments from the USA to Canada. Packages are tracked, and proof of delivery is included in this rate.  Packages are expedited from a US Post Office directly to a local FEDEX airport depot, and shipped directly to the destination country.  FEDEX continues to handle the package until at the Canadian destination city, where it is then handed off to Canada Post for local delivery.  See the Global Express Service Guide (PDF document) for details, and guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping by USPS includes on-line package tracking, and "proof of delivery".  Above rates are sample rates based on a shipment weighing 1/2 lb.  Actual rates will be calculated, and you will have the option of selecting your desired shipping option.  We recommend USPS Priority Mail for all USA/Domestic destinations - including Saturday delivery - and delivery to PO Box offices.

Orders received before 10pm will ship the next business day.
