This is a COUPLER TYPE keystone connector for USB v3.1, with female type C connections on both sides.

- NOTE: Use of long USB cables with this keystone insert WILL degrade performance
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CONNECTED CABLE ORIENTATION: Most USB-C cables will have a chip embedded in ONE or BOTH connector ends. When TWO USB-C cables are used in a circuit (coupled with this connector for example), the joined USB cable circuit will ONLY work with the USB-C cables attached to the coupler in ONE orientation. This is a design limitation of coupling 2 USB-C cables together and MAY require you to "mark" one side of the end of your visible USB-C cable to identify which orientation supports data. Charging capabilities (which is NOT affected) will work in EITHER orientation.
