Package Security and Canada Shipping Advisory

Most of our shipping carriers now implement "GEO-TRACKING" equipment which records the precise GPS location of a delivery. UPS and FEDEX also now record photos of deliveries. As such, My Cable Mart will NOT be responsible for packages stolen after delivery where the carrier can prove a correct delivery was made. Consider package delivery to your place of employment, or to a secure commercial building during this holiday season.

The POSTAL STRIKE in Canada has been resolved. However, Canada Post is still not accepting packages from the USA due to the huge backlog. Our system has thus temporarily disabled providing shipping options via post office. Only UPS and FEDEX rates will be displayed. Once package acceptance is confirmed, the much cheaper postal shipping options will once again be displayed and available to use.

You will need the ORDER NUMBER to submit a request for an RMA for the following return types:

  • Product Return for Refund, Defective Product Reporting
  • Incorrect Product Received, Product Missing from Order
